I build systems that have to survive real load — the kind where a bad architectural decision shows up at 3am, not in a code review. Most of my work sits at the intersection of enterprise-scale architecture and AI: multi-tenant platforms, regulated data pipelines, infrastructure that can't afford a bad abstraction.

I care about open protocols and AI development that isn't locked to a single vendor. The best systems I've seen are interoperable by design, secure by default, and built to last past the first scaling event. This is where I write about the trade-offs that actually matter.
